Mr. S Muralidhar B.Com, FCA, DISA

Murali, is fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Over 3 decades of professional involvement he is well known for his multi-faceted competence in domestic and international taxation and management advisory services.

He is also a qualified Information Systems Auditor.

He is graduate in Bachelors of Commerce from the prestigious Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda College, Chennai. After his internsip with RRCo, he had a brief stint in industry, subseqeuntly joined the firm as a partner in 1986.

Murali was a consistent topper in academics from right from his school days. His achievements include being a National Talent Search Scholar and the topper from the southern region in the CA Final Examinations.

He has presented papers on varied topics of professional interest in seminars conducted by various professional institutes. His areas of specialization include Direct Taxes, Indirect tax and FEMA.

Besides handling the Tax consulting services of the firm he is also the review partner for all Audit and assurance services.

Murali likes to take time off in teaching CA aspiring students Income Tax and Corporate Laws. He is also involved in many charitable activities through certain chartiable institutions.

Mr. R. Raghothama Rao B.Com, FCA, CISA

Ragho, in professional practice for 15 + years, joined the firm in 2002 and was as a partner in 2005.

He has led the teams in performing various challenging assurance and advisory engagements. His specializations include Risk Based Internal Audits, Review of Process and Controls in ERP Environment, Multi Location statutory Audits.

Besides being a Chartered Accountant, he is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). He is graduate in Bachelors of Commerce from the prestigious Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda College, Chennai.

Prior to joining the firm he worked in the Assurance practice of Lovelock and Lewes, Chennai a member firm of PriceWaterhouse Coopers (PwC).

He has presented papers on Accounting in seminars conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

He presently handles Statutory Audits Internal Audit assignments and Information Systems Audit of the firm across diverse industry verticals like Manufacturing, IT, Infrastructure, Business Services etc.
